Determination of Materiality

  • GOR and GAR, the asset management company to which GOR entrusts the management of its assets, upon promoting ESG initiatives, determine from among the issues listed below priority issues as materiality in order to address such preferentially.
  • When determining materiality, issues were reviewed from both perspectives of “impact on own business” considering the operational policy and asset characteristics of GOR, and “significance to stakeholders” referencing ESG evaluation and GRI standards for the real estate sector, issues recognized in related SDGs, etc. The ESG Promotion Council of GAR then selected materiality by considering the opinions of outside experts (CSR Design Green Investment Advisory, Co., Ltd.).
