Handling of personal information on unitholders

Global One Real Estate Investment Corp.

GOR requests to be notified of and uses information on unitholders, such as name, address and registered seal, for the exercise of rights of unitholders pursuant to the Act on Investment Trusts and Investment Corporations, Companies Act and other relevant laws and regulations (collectively referred to as the “relevant laws and regulations”), the exercise of rights and performance of obligations of GOR pursuant to the relevant laws and regulations and the rules, etc. provided by Tokyo Stock Exchange, Inc. (“Tokyo Stock Exchange rules”), and the smooth carrying out of operations of GOR.
Recognizing the appropriate protection of such personal information on unitholders (“unitholder information”) as a serious responsibility, GOR shall handle unitholder information as follows:

Purposes of use of unitholder information

1. For exercise of rights and performance of obligations of GOR pursuant to the relevant laws and regulations and Tokyo Stock Exchange rules
2. For provision of information on GOR, hearing of opinions and implementation of other various measures for the purpose of smoothing relationships for both unitholders and GOR
3. For organization of information on unitholders pursuant to the relevant laws and regulations and Tokyo Stock Exchange rules, such as preparing data on unitholders based on predetermined standards pursuant to the relevant laws and regulations and Tokyo Stock Exchange rules.
